Vyankatesh Engineering's Core Pins are precision-ground, heat-treated components designed to form internal holes and cavities within die casting molds. Manufactured from premium DIN 1.2344 (AISI H-13) hot-work tool steel, each pin undergoes vacuum hardening, nitriding, and optional PVD coating to achieve the hardness and thermal stability required for sustained high-cycle die casting production.
