Jet Cool Core Pin

The Jet Cool Core Pin is a precision-engineered, internally-cooled component designed to eliminate hot-spot failures in high-pressure die casting (HPDC) molds. By directing a controlled flow of high-pressure water through a precisely drilled concentric bore, the jet cooler assembly delivers cooling directly to the most thermally stressed zone of the pin.
